I started taking collagen supplements about 2 months ago because I know our meds deplete us. My skin was getting “crepey” - I noticed it on the backs of my hands especially. I read that collagen can help with our joints and muscles too so thought it was a good move. I asked my doctors if it was ok and they said it doesn’t interfere with treatment so why not. It took about a month to start making a difference - and I am super pleased that I have smoother skin! Hope it is working on my joints and digestion too - we will see. I rarely get diarrhea anymore - maybe it is helping there too? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I take the Webber brand collagen - easily ordered on Amazon.

I take that brand. I use 1-2 scoops. Can’t say as I’ve felt any difference yet.
