Iā€™m taking Nutritional yeast which has B vitamins in it. Also, Alpha Lopoic Acid.

Exercise, alpha Lipoic acid and b Complex vitamins. Forgo alchohol and tobacco. Avoid becoming diabetic. Tight glucose control if you are diabetic.
