It’s a hard adjustment in the beginning but it gets better . I had 5 transfusions in the first few months of my diagnosis. I couldn’t walk ( compression fractures) etc etc. Now, when I went to a reunion, I was the youngest looking one among everyone. Go figure .

Hi Susan, on the contrary, I feel energized after a blood transfusion. I sometimes get one when my hemoglobin is really low. I wish you the best.
