My knees only hurt at the end of the day. I've never had trouble with my knees before. It's a good idea to get checked out by your doctor. If it's not MM it could be a side effect of the medication. Keep your spirits up.

Is the pain constant or only when he walks?

If only when he walks could mean knee replacement surgery.

If constant could be “bone pain” from MM.

Only your doctor knows for sure. Get tested!
