That's a great question! @A MyMyelomaTeam Member (& I'm sure a lot others) has a lot of good information on his page regarding that.

I would also consult with your doctor/care team regarding this since they know your particular situation (i.e. kidney involvement, etc...) perhaps they could refer you to a dietitian if one isn't on your team already.
