I’ve learned from experience to ask the pharmacist. I went over all my meds and supplements with American Oncology Network. They told me everything I was taking was compatible, when to take them , and what could/couldn’t be taken together.

I took my Dex in the morning before my infusion, and in the morning the next day.

I asked my Oncologist this same question as I've heard other people take their Dex at night. My Oncologist told me that I was to take it during the day especially on infusion day as it helps with side effects.

Best answer for you is to ask your Oncologist or Myeloma Specialist.
