Sometimes acetaminophen 250 mg with aspirin 250 mg with caffeine 65 mg. EQUATE.

But,?what r u taking to control pain????

But how do you get the 4” you lost in height???
I’ve thought about hanging upside down from your feet
Or being on one of those body stretching machines you’ve seen in hospitals or those inversion tables.
Has anyone tried these methods and had any luck???
You know this cancer affects every part of your body when you stop and think about it and you can do things to help one thing but it may offset another area. It’s crazy are we just getting old and our bodies are give out falling apart??? Cause we maybe abused it trying to do too much for me I always thought I could lift anything and I worked very hard most of my life sometimes had three jobs always juggling more than one thing burning the candle at both ends and I loved it!!!
So now I’m paying for years of abuse.
Forgive me Lord!!!!
Please give me another chance I’ll take better care of the gift of life you have given me!!!

I’ve had back pain since August 2022 and refuse to take a bunch of pain pills cause it’s not treating the root cause and side effects are horrendous on kidneys and liver!!!
I only use topical ointments sprays oils and supplements.
Black seed oil is good to rub into skin on back and to ingest although it does taste nasty!!!
Curcumin capsules and Manna liquid curcumin are good to take for back pain too!
I can’t wait until April to get the two back procedures
