Samar, it is best to wait and ask your doctor these questions. I noticed you are getting a lot of very different answers that would just confuse and scare me more personally. We all have a very different disease. We all have a different myeloma. So many people are against one treatment or another. You have to talk with your doctor and do what is right for you. Most people with myeloma don't have their spinal fluid tested during evaluation for myeloma. It looks like you might have a less common type of myeloma. Which type do you have?
