sct was may 2023 , I was in remission till January 2024 m spike rise to 0.1 but all test good , after my gum start to swallow and I Started have bump on the roof of my mouse ,oral biopsy confirm plasmacytoma. today I met with my mm specialist he give me choices :bispecific or car t transplant or he gonna add cytoxan and pomalyst to darzalex faspro and dexamethasone, he told me to stop revlimid 10 mg. he referred me to oncology radiation. Hi samar, I am not familiar with this at all. Perhaps you should get another opinion about this, if you are unsure. There are some other hospitals and mm specialists to help explain this to you. I will send prayers your way to help you choose what to do, Maybe there are some patients that have gone through this that could help you as well. I found it very helpful to me to say Lord Jesus help me. when I was going through something I was having difficulty with. I also prayed to Our Lady of Fatima and the Miraculous medal. I have had some interesting help from above. Prayers change everything. We can be directed to helpful doctors, and other medical information. Sunny

If you go with CAR-T, I would think that it would shrink the plasmacytoma. They discovered one near my rib, but after CAR-T it was gone.

Samar it sounds like you are seeing a myeloma Specialist? I hope we aren't getting you more nervous and confused. Seattle has some excellent doctors.

Samar,I had radiation 3 times because the multiple myeloma had returned all 3 times it got rid of it. And worked to remission

I would recommend Car-t therapy and a bispecific treatment as a bridge treatment for you...
