Yes.
I see a Chiropractor regularly (just make sure they know you have Myeloma. It will affect the type of treatments they use). Warm showers, a good mattress, and a comfortable and supportive recliner also help. May God bless you in your journey.

Thank you very much, this put my mind at ease, I was afraid 😱 of recurrent dz. Blood and urine markers are negative

Only if if I sleep too long in one position, or over do it in my daily activities. Fortunately, it is now muscle pain and not the deep bone pain.
