I take mine in the morning so doesn’t interfere with sleep too much

No, but when my MM comes back the first symptom seems to be insomnia. For me, I believe it to be a symptom of the disease itself. I presented with immune deficiency and sleep is regulated by the immune system.

I wake up every couple of hours. I started taking my Pomalyst a little earlier in the afternoon. Insomnia is a big problem with myeloma.
