After induction therapy I was in remission for only 13 months. My doctor is putting me on a new triplet therapy dara revlimid and Dex till progression. Should be starting this second line treatment next week.

Mark I Decided not to have an ASCT so my doctor gave me 2 options… Dara/Revlimid/Dex or Isatuximab/ or Carfilzomib / Dex until progression …I chose Dara/revlimid /Dex as my next line of treatment. I am now waiting for my oncologist to let me know when chemo begins.

Not sure if this helps but 1q gain is higher risk. It looks like you will be getting what is considered a “maintenance” therapy now. But you have yet to get the ASCT. You’re young and should be able to tolerate it well. The bone marrow transplant will get you into deep remission. I was high risk with very aggressive MM but now no activity. So consider doing more.
