Hey Lorraine, it looks like you are following the best recommendations. Getting to MRD negativity before transplant is so awesome. I'm high risk with P53/17p deletion. I was told a transplant was a good option to get my myeloma under control. So I would go ahead with transplant if I were in your shoes. I would also recommend maintenance. I was supposed to start maintenance 60 days after transplant. It landed up being 78 days. I require pretty heavy maintenance with Darzalex faspro and Pomalyst 2mg. My myeloma has been well controlled on this protocol. I'm still MRD positive though. No m spike. I also try to eat healthy most of the time. Mostly vegetables and chicken. Exercise is very important also. The transplant and steriods made my muscles very flabby. Walking and light weight lifting is probably good. Hoping you stay MRD negative forever 💜💕
