Michael,
I would like to add. If your diet includes coffee, carbonated drinks or salty foods, I would take double what I noted above. All these foods and drinks take calcium out of the bones and muscles. When MM does it too, it’s a huge problem. Basically, I listen to ,y body and take more when needed after eating something I shouldn’t.

I take MRM Bone Maximizer III 1,000 mg (Calcium & Magnesium) with D3 & K2. It works every time. No more cramps. No more twitching. No more pain.

Hi Michael - I went through a period of some calf muscle leg cramps that would strike in the middle of the night for around a month or two last year. Two things I tried were TheraWorx and KT Tape. An NP at The James (Ohio State) said that folks try all sorts of things for leg cramps, and everyone is different. What works for one may not work for another. So, you may need to experiment a bit. Happy Thursday, and God bless! ♥️

Hi Michael,
A lot of good ideas above because we all have been through it. Hydration, electrolytes, bananas , V8, sources for potassium and magnesium, moving around since you can cramp from lack of movement especially getting out of bed in the am. Light exercise like a short walk if you are capable. Movement is critical to maintain mobility. I hope our ideas help.
