Exercise has been proven to help with energy levels. It’s hard to do if you are in pain or your blood cells are low, but it might just boost them up. I like to take Nutritional Yeast (1 heaping tsp) with a glass of milk and a little it of unsulphered blackstrap molasses. All together it’s called “Tiger’s milk”. Lots of B vitamins and iron.
