I am taking 4 mg of pomalyst and getting Dara faspro injections every two weeks. I am having shortness of breath and my hands are shaking. Anyone experiencing these side effects. At my last myleoma bloodwork Jan 23, my rbc was 3.4 my hgb was 11.4 my igg was 414 my m spike .17 my kappa lt ch 12.2 my iga 82 my igm 56 and my calcium is 8.
Could low calcium cause those symptoms? I am taking a calcium supplement 2 times a day.

One f the things you might consider is to split the dexamethasone dose over 2 days.

Yeah Cat the SCT isn’t for wimps because the chemo before it really kicks the crap out of you for quite awhile after.
