It's always hard to say how something affects one person as opposed to another. My Grandfather smoked every day and drank brandy every day while living in his own house until he took the big trip at the age of 96 years young. "Smart as a top", as they say. Smoking is very bad but I think stress can kill you as well. All the best. 🙏

I don’t know if smoking can affect MM but I do know some people have shortness of breath. So I don’t imagine smoking isn’t good for MM . I had pneumonia twice now they say I have COPD I use to smoke but quit 16 years ago. So I do know even though I quit it could be the cause of my COPD . I am glad I don’t smoke anymore. Now that I have MM I wouldn’t want to try and stop now. Good Luck Kathy I don’t know how much you smoked but two a day is great. Keep up the good work. Emma
