Bernard - I have 2 compressed discs and a compression fracture. All discovered at my dx. I wore a back brace for 12 weeks and it's as good as it's going to get. Check with your doc first, but I do whatever I am comfortable with. Lots of walking and stretching. I also see a personal trainer once a week who helps me with strength training (chicken bones here!)

I think walking is the best for these compression fractures...I think, although I am not a doctor it promotes healing.

Hello Bernard, Congrats on getting your MM in remission. I started MM treatment in Sept. Of 2022 and hope to be in remission soon. Sorry to hear about your compressed disc. I have not experienced that so can not add anything on itπŸ€”
