If you have nausea because of Melphalan chemo for your SCT - Ondansetron and Dexamethasone were prescribed for me and they worked πŸ’―.

Ondansetron is probably the most frequently used and dexamethasone also is very effective as well (I use both on my general anesthesia patients with great results). Scopolamine patches may also help and some people find Bendadryl (diphenhydramine) effective as well. If marijuana works for you great, but the studies on that don’t demonstrate the effectiveness that all the pro- MJ people claim. If it works for you though, use it. Sometimes simply relieving the anxiety and expectation of nausea (a most troubling sensation) will help.
