Of course I will ask my doctor, but I wonder what other's experience with this is. I have an M Spike in my blood, but recently had a urine test and no M Spike was detected. Is this an interesting or significant funding? Or is it not meaningful?

I rarely pass paraprotein or light chains in my urine, even when my m spike was very high. Just make sure your kidney function is good. We don't want the light chains and protein to clog up our kidneys. I know light chain only myeloma seems to be a lot worse on the kidneys.

Not sure. I found my M-spike in blood from last year but the 24 hour urine test doesn’t really say. Good question.
