Hi everyone! Thank you in advance for reading my question. I am new here. My mom was diagnosed with Stage 3 MM - she was first diagnosed 20 years ago. I'm looking for a document / checklist of symptoms we can record every day: temp, pain level, constipation, dehydration, etc., etc. Does anyone know of this type of resource.
