Thank you for responding. Beware velcade has a terrible side effect, neuropathy. I took velcade a long with revlimid and dexamethasone prior to ASCT. I am now living with very severe neuropathy in both feet. It is a nightmare and would be in assistant living if not for the support I have around me.

I took Revlimid daily and got Xgeva monthly. It worked for over 2 years, but MM came back. Then went to Kyprolis and Darzalex. Kyprolis had bad effects on my heart, so I’m now on Darzalex monthly with Xgeva every 3 months. So far it’s working.

After the 100 day recovery period I’m on 10mg Revlimid 21/7, 15mg Dexamethasone (3 little pills) and Daratumumab shot in the belly once a month. Also an Xgeva shot once a month for bone enhancement. Seems to be working at least I’m holding my own until the next ASCT.

Yes I was told that revlimid can cause neuropathy side effects although it is rare. I don't know about memory loss.
