did anyone from u my friends do clonoseq? what this result mean: detected below LOD:Range: 0 - <1 Residual clonal cells per million nucleated cells, I appreciate ur answers alll
That is a good number I think.
Samar, did you call the ClonoSEQ people up in Seattle? Call them. Tell them you want a copy of your report emailed to you. They will send you a consent that you sign electronically. You have to email it back. Then they send you a complete report by email. I do it every year to get my report. I think I had to set up an account with them. But I can't remember. Anyway, call them. They have always been very helpful getting my results to me. I'm dying to know how yours reads😉 Samar Adaptive Biotechnologies is the company you need to call. Phone number on their website. Pacific time of course 👍💕
Greetings from Alaska I am presently waiting for my results of my latest ClonSEQ, which I have every six months. Bone marrow biopsy indicate that I am less than 1% myeloma cells. I’m still not MRD negative even though I have no detectable M spike.
Samar, LOD means below level of detection. So you might be right at the cusp of being MRD negative, but it looks like you might still have a stray monoclonal cell around? Please let me know what your doctor says. My report always says how many cells are still present with a big plus sign.
No. I had to Google the meaning.
