Having medium risk Smoldering Multiple Myeloma with genetic deletion 17p TP53 and deletion 13q. I was wondering if anyone has, or is doing any of the clinical trials for medium risk or high risk Smoldering Multiple Myeloma? If so, with good results? Thoughts?

I have a phone call appointment with my SMM specialist in Kansas City the 12th of May and I am going to inquire about clinical trials for Smoldering Multiple Myeloma.

I just discovered I am ultra high risk smoldering MM due to having chromosome abnormalities 1q21, 1q22, and q32. It makes me less likely to benefit from treatment. Looking for best way to deal with it. ANyone have any experience?
