Camelia, it's hard to quit smoking. Especially since it probably helps with anxiety. My sister used the nicotine patches. Sending hugs 🍂🍁🥰🙏

Smoking caused my Father-in-law to have Dementia, colon cancer and quadruple bypass heart surgery. If you want cancer, you continue to smoke. It’s as simple as that. What’s not simple is changing a bad habit or addictive habit. My grandfather stopped “Cold turkey”. He bought candy that was hard to eat, so he couldn’t eat too many, but it kept his mouth busy. “ Good and Plenty”. It’s an old fashioned candy that worked well for him. He put it everywhere that he normally would reach for a cigarette. I hope this helps.🙏🏻
