Before my SCT on Dec 22 I was on Rev, Velcade and Dexamethasone. After two months I started to notice my eyes couldn’t focus right. I waited another 3 weeks before saying anything to my doctor..
if something/anything doesn’t seem right say something!! My nurse said you have to tel me everything you feel. They took me off right away!

I was placed on Kyprolis with Darzalex. Did very well on it. No side effects. Maybe because the Velcade was causing so many really bad side effects. I felt so much better
