When I was first diagnosed in Dec2020 I had 5 rounds of Khyprolis Revlimid 25g and dexamethazone weekly 3 weeks on 2 off . I had a great response after the first round I then had a SCT in May 2021
I was supposed to take a maintenance of the K and Rev but I had a rare reaction to the Kyprolis that caused micro hemorrhage . So I can’t take it anymore and I am just on Revlimid and doing well bone marrow biopsy is still negative for myeloma
I had no problems with it before that but just be aware every drug has side effects

For 2 a half years
Now my light chains are going up
