Yes, I had a low neutrophil count the entire first year after being diagnosed with myeloma. My treatments had to be altered to accommodate the low count. Neutrophils are our main defense against infection. There are growth factor injections that can raise your neutrophils. Zarxia and Neupogen are two examples. Getting good control of our myeloma helps too. ๐Ÿ’•

Hi,
Mine just bottomed out and I had to stop Revlimid until it increased to normal levels, which it did skipping one cycle. Now good to go. The doctor said it drops and is suppressed as a result of the Revlimid. Good luck!

Like many who have responded, I too experienced the condition. Mine was remedied by pausing treatment for a week. I pray for improvement in your condition. It will be well.

I had my SCT 1/20 n am on Pomylst. Generally my neutrophils are around 1000. When they get too low, maybe less than 800 my doc has me stop meds for a week till another blood test. I try to eat healthy and pace myself do to lower energy, but all is good. I am fortunate that I have no other medical issues๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ™
Good luck๐Ÿ™
