Hi Dixie, I'm on Darzalex faspro and Pomalyst. I asked my specialist about stopping the Pomalyst. I was on Kyprolis with Pomalyst and dex. My numbers doubled. So, I told my doctor that I was thinking it's mostly the Darzalex keeping my numbers down. He said that it was a possibility. But, he also said that these drugs work differently together. He used the word synergy. Anyway, I'm too scared to stop the Pomalyst since my numbers are good but I am still MRD positive on my bone marrow. Anyway, I pray Rosie's numbers stay good on the Darzalex. You will have to keep me posted. I am most interested. I listened to a webinar where Dr. Paul Richardson has a patient that has been on Darzalex for 10 years. She started in a clinical trial. 💗💕🙏😉

🙏🙏🙏 all goes well. Keep us posted. My husband has been on Dara and velcade for over a year. Revlimid didn’t help him. Horrible side effects. Ended up getting tumor mylosis from taking it.
