Please I’m desperate for help, thank you kindly in advance
Jaye … of course, talk with your oncologist about the OTC supplements with your MM meds. The only reason I was comfortable sharing my Rash cocktail at all is that it was my Myeloma specialist at a world-renowned Myeloma center at the University of California, San Francisco who recommended it. At the time I was taking Revlimid, Velkade & Dexamethasone. I am still taking the “Rash cocktail” and the itching is still under control.
All the best,
Ruby Slippers
My UCSF Myeloma specialist recommended a “Rash Cocktail” two months into my diagnosis. It solved the endless itching/scratching problem. 16+ months later a little itching happens just before & after my WEEK OFF of the myeloma drugs.
Every Morning:
500 mg L-Lysine, 20mg Pepcid
Every Bedtime:
10mg Zyrtec, 500 mg L-Lysine, 20mg Pepcid
All three are over the counter & do not need a prescription.
As we all have learned, every person’s body, disease & drug response is different. But I hope this “cocktail” can work for you & give you some relief.
Hugs,
Ruby Slippers
I don’t know if I can take those otc things w my regular meds
Ruby I am so glad it helped you.
