Yep, I was on Revlimid with Velcade and Dex for about 4 cycles back in 2017. I didn't have a complete response to that treatment. So, they switched me to Kyprolis and Pomalyst with dex. My numbers doubled. So, I had high dose Cytoxan. Got sepsis with that one. Was able to harvest stem cells 4 weeks later. Then they started me on Pomalyst and Darzalex with Prednisone. I had a transplant Dec 2017. I'm still on Darzalex faspro and Pomalyst. I honestly feel better on Pomalyst than I did on Revlimid. Not sure why. It's supposed to be more potent. I do have fatigue. If I don't exercise and eat well it gets worse. Pomalyst causes my blood pressure to go up a little. So I drink lots of water and avoid salt. I have hand cramps with it as well. I also get constipation with Pomalyst. I take 2 Senna s twice daily. They have me taking a baby aspirin daily. I hope you do well with it 🥰
