Ask your doctor. There is probably a drug combination for this next level of refractory myeloma.
Concerning "relapse", it doesn’t make total sense to to use that word for a disease that is not considered curable anyway.
Again, ask your doctor. He should know what to do here.

If you're not sure, please ask them on what basis they're making this diagnosis. I'm by far not an expert on the subject, I don't know if Minimal Residual Disease testing would be in order. Perhaps those who have had it can provide information.

If your doc cannot explain it to you and your caregiver clearly, maybe time to find a doc who can communicate better.
