and it's bioavailable? I take a T. of coconut oil with mine. Curcumin needs fat to absorb properly. I don't take thousands of milligrams though. I only take 800mg a day. I have no idea if it's doing anything. I guess I would have to stop taking it for a while. However, my Kappas are slowly rising, so, ?????
My protein pattern is still normal though. I still don't understand the equivalency between the light chains and Protein pattern
