Franklinville, NJ

I have no bone lesions, but I am otherwise quite symptomatic. I can't find a doctor that believes in early treatment. Myelomas are a side effect of this blood cancer, but not everyone gets them. Some will die of organ failure without ever getting lesions. Can anybody put me in touch with a progressive doctor that knows there are patients like me that deserve treatment?

Mayo clinic and Dana Farber in Boston lead the world in MM research and treat even SMM (Smoldering Multiple Myeloma), which is my diagnosis and does not have any lesions I am in PA, but went to Mayo for my diagnosis. Their facilities are state-of-the-art. Since then, my dr appts have been by video and even my blood work gets taken locally and shipped to them. They not only work with treatments for SMM and early stage myeloma, they run clinical trials as well. The International Myeloma Foundation website has really great information.
