Carfilzomib/dexamethasone/daratumumab
A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

Is anyone doing the carfilzomib/dexamethasone/daratumumab infusion after other treatments are not responding the myeloma treatments? I have read the effects and want some personal information from those that have or are using this form or infusion.
Thanks,
Midge Geer

I'm on Darzalex, dexamethasone for in office treatment. Also take two Benadryl and two 500m Tylenol before the treatment.

I had Carfilziomib with Pomalyst and dexamethasone. I had some high blood pressure with this combo. Otherwise felt okay. I'm still on Darzalex faspro subcutaneous. The side effects are minimal. I do have more fatigue for 2 days afterwards and my immunity, IgG levels are very low. I'm just very careful to avoid infections 💕
