I have been having nightly cramps in my feet and legs..so bad sometimes I can't even stand for a while..my husband messages them with many different tropicals, we apply heat, I've tried beverages with quinine re: gingerale, so far nothing works, many sleepless nights..

So, I've been taking a magnesium supplement and it really has helped. Still get the leg and feet spasms but not nearly as often..also taking calcium..doing much better and find I can do more normal chores and for longer periods of time. I'm Also still working full time doing the books for family business, this I find more challenging trying to manage this and keeping up with general home things ( laundry, cooking and cleaning) but so far can manage but it does take me much longer as I run out of steam sooner. That said, I believe the more you do the stronger you get, but remember to be patient with yourself and when you can't do more ( don't ) !!! Thanks to all who share your tips and experiences, they are very helpful..
