Gary had a kyphoplasty performed at CTCA Goodyear within 10 days after the L2 compression was diagnosed. He was sore immediately after & recovery took a bit longer than he had hoped. However, we're now back to walking 2 miles a day and continue to increase activity. This would not have been remotely possible prior to the procedure. After 2 procedures within the space of 2 monthsI had a 3rd collapse and my surgeon said that in my case it was a domino effect and we opted to not continue.
