I had not heard that, I will check it out!
I only found that they were testing on melanoma (skin cancer). Nothing on Myeloma.
There are cancer vaccines that are being reported in National Geographic but they are for cancerous tumors, not plasma cells. The various regimens of treatment for active MM, maintenance, or refractory MM are what is available now. Their actions are similar to vaccines attacking invaders, so I don't know an advantage of a vaccine. CAR-T cell therapy is being trialed but is extremely costly to develop.
Perhaps I miss heard. Melanoma instead of Myeloma. I will keep checking and will post if I hear anything.
Thanks
