I have a swollen left foot. I can actually feel the liquid sloshing around when I walk along with the peripheral neuropathy. Most likely culprit is the dexamethasone which I've been taking for nine months. Dex can cause both fluid and sodium retention. Not to mention weight gain. I gained about thirty lbs. on Dex. Luckily, I was very lean when I started but I'm not happy with the bloated face and neck look I'm dealing with.
