Not doing well. He has very aggressive iga kappa and is on his 7th line of treatment. They say he is too week for car-t so he is back to explicit, pomalyst and dex. They are talking about adding velcade back in to the mix. The problem now is that a large mass is showing up in his liver and he is having radiation on his left eye due to mass.
We heard from the VA saying they will give him 10% for iron deficiency anemia and 0% for MM. I am having a hard time understanding how they come up with that. They took over two years and didn't respond back until we refiled last October, but only started paying for December and January. I wish now we would have gotten a lawyer. All he will probably only live to see a couple hundred.
