Lenalidomide....if it hasn't been answered already.
I have Medicare and Medicaid; Revlimid is covered.
I'm not on chemo now, but I got Revlimit from CVS and Part D/Humana helped pay for the prescription. I paid nothing. Medicaid worked with Humana, I believe. I had to apply for Medicaid. I could never pay for the prescriptions on my own....not even the copay. Part D also paid for my other treatment prescriptions, like Acyclovir.
I guess Alaska is just different as far as Medical issues. Bottom line; the most I've paid since my 2018 diagnosis of MM, is 5.00 copay, and then not every time. How did I luck out? I don't understand , I guess.
I am on the lenolidamide. That is what the manufacturer is using now because its cheaper than Revlimid. I get from the Bristol Meyers program. I hope to qualify to still continue on medicare. I don't notice any problems on it
lenalidomide is the name for generic Revilmid. Hope this helps you. Have great rest of your week. Happy Thanksgiving too.
