My WBC has been all over the place since I've been back on Revlimid after my SCT. I've had my prescription lowered twice, and now at least it's near normal. Let's hope it's just the Revlimid affecting you and nothing else.

They have to evaluate more than one lab value to tell if you are relapsing. It could be the Revlimid. Is it critical? What does your doctor say?

It could be the different labs too. I know you will have them recheck it soon. Hopefully it will come right back up🙏💪

3.8 is good for WBC. That's within range. I'm lucky if mine reaches that! Mine used to be around 2.4. I'm now on 10mg M-F, three weeks on, one week off. That's my maintenance for the past couple of months, and my WBC is finally getting to 3.8. My absolute neutrophil likes to stay at 1.4, just under normal.

.....His #s have been good at the oncologist. This last set of labs was done at his PCP.
