I having smoldering with high risk and have 2 lesions on my skull but do not meet the criteria for full blown mm. My Dr started me on Revlimid and my numbers have come down so that’s all we are doing at this time. I have a biopsy and pet scan once a year to stay on top of it. Then I also meditate and pray a lot. I was smoldering about 4 years and MGUS prior to that. Since 2013.

It's my understanding if you develop bone lesions, that's full-blown myeloma that needs treatment. Hopefully you won't get any lesions. So, it probably wouldn't hurt to get your Vitamin D checked and take extra per your doctor recommendations. Do some weight bearing exercisers every day. Walking is good. Love Donna
