I’ve been on Darzalex Faspro/Revlimid 25mg/ Dexamethasone 20mg (once a week) for over a year now. Most of my Myeloma labs have come down to the normal range, M Spike still at .10. We have decided to cut the Revlimid dose from 25mg to 10mg.

I got a second opinion and was told that I should get a full body MRI with DWI images to verify that even though my labs are good there is not still some active bone involvement. Even though I have had no appreciable skeletal pain. We are trying to get the… read more

Our specialist prefers the PET scan . I believe it costs more.

Emory and Northside Atlanta use PET CT. Also, Healthtree.org has Healthtree University that has an excellent module on imaging. MRI's are useful in certain instances. Love Donna

My mm specialist prefers a PET scan - it show metabolic changes

@i do think that the PET scan shows if there is any cancer. The different scans are used to show different things, but if your PET scan comes out good. I’d be happy. 👍🏽
