I have a card that tells the emergency Dr. that I have MM and too present it when I get there and it will get me in faster so I am thinking with a temp like that you should go too emergency which is what I was told too do if I got a fever. Keep us updated on what your Dr. says,

Yes, colds usually don't come with temps. Either go immediately to ER or call your doctor to see you.

With the temp , yes, call doctor or head to ER.
