Compression socks and Lasix got my swelling under control. Oh yeah, and a wedge to elevate my feet at night

AngelMartin, I have not been on that treatment plan but swelling can be reduced by elevating your legs, Ice Pack on for 20 mins off for 20. Try the Lymphatic massage” Use a light lotion and lightly ( like petting a kitten) stroke up (only) toward the inside of the knee, 10 strokes upwards around the leg . The lymphatic system is like little cauliflowers with tentacles. If you press too hard it closes it down. There is a lymphatic dumping area on the inside of the knee where the fluid is excreted. Another one on the inside of the groin If the swelling is above the knee. Try this and let me know if it helps. Love, Marcia 🌸
