I am about to go on Medicare and was SHOCKED at the cost of the copay for Revlimid which I am starting as maintenance therapy. Even with the supplemental prescription coverage, it is obscenely expensive. Why is there no generic available? I am wondering how others deal with this? We don't qualify for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society assistance program. Anything else out there? Thank you.
I nearly fell over with shock when I got the bill for my first dose of Revlimid $2800 , my social worker at the hospital found me a grant through the cancer society for about $11,000 which covered the first years treatment.
Try Walgreens. My doctor sent the prescription and they got me a grant. Might be worth a try.Prescription was for Revlamid. I am on medicare and grant picked up the balance.
Celgene makes 9.69 billion dollars off Revlimid🥴 What's wrong with this picture?? We need a cure
Hi, talk to the Social Worker where you are being treated, they should be able to guide you through the sources that are available to you.
