I agree with Renee... Watching what you eat is very important-No sugar, carbs, etc... is a must! I have changed my regimen since I was diagnosed going on a year now! But it's been the best thing ever...Hope everyone is doing well... ☺

I am also diabetic. It is so hard not to eat breads and potatoes. I love vegetables but don't feel satisfied eithout the starches.

and turmeric! take turmeric supplements or sprinkle it on food ;)

do not eat refined sugar, try to limit sugar as much as possible, natural or otherwise. Sugar accelerates healthy cell death. All cruciferous vegetables are really good for cancer management (Brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage) as is tofu, edamame. Spinach, green leafy vegetables are good. Limit animal fats as much as possible as toxins are stored in fats. Best of luck!
