Never been on Kyprolis but Darzalex Faspro for a year now with really no side effects. If you’re going to get an injection in the belly tell the nurse to go slow. Don’t rush it in or you’ll feel it.

I’ve had three Darza FasPro without any problems so far.

The only way to find out is to try it and readjust as needed.

My first dose of Darzalex was Faspro. I did not tolerate it at all. My B/P dropped to 60/30 and my husband called the paramedics. I was in ICU for two days. In the hospital for four days total. Went into acute kidney failure. It was ruled an Adverse Drug Reaction. Then had Darzalex delivered by IV slow drip, and tolerated it well.

I’m on Darzalex FasPro and Kyprolis-for various reasons I have hardly completed a cycle but the md continues on regardless, which is good…the second day after treatments I get a massive headache, then I am ok.
Just started having swelling in my ankles and has progressed to general swelling and weight gain:(
I will talk to md as I am concerned that this may be a complication of the Kyprolis.
I hope this doesn’t sound too negative. I’ve read many people do just fine! As far as the Dara.. I think the big concern initially is allergic rxn. They give benedryl prior to each treatment.
