Wondering if anyone else has faced decision to go on palliative care vs.newer chemo options...husband is starting 8th year of continued chemo, never getting deeper than 50% drop in Mspike , but stable for good amount of time on each one. Diagnosed Aug of 2022 been through 3 cycles of VRD. Stage 3 bone involvement my oncologest says go for it now at 60 years old i think he is right, I have been very blessed with no pain only a fractured rib and bone lesions.
